Dmytro brings a complete mobile bar out to Homestead, Redland, Florida City, and the surrounding agricultural venues, arriving fully self-contained for properties where there is no kitchen, no bar, and sometimes no building at all. Everything travels with him, and everything goes home with him.
What We Bring
Rustic venues need a bar that arrives complete. Dmytro brings the bar itself, ice, glassware, garnish station, bitters, tools, and printed menus, and works venues that offer nothing but a slab and an outlet.
No kitchen, no running water, no problem. The setup is built to run independently at agricultural and outdoor venues where prep space does not exist, and it leaves the site the way it found it.
Open farm land after sunset is the best possible setting for a fire bartending performance. Subject to the venue's fire rules, it turns a cocktail hour into the part of the night guests describe afterwards.
The Redland grows mango, lychee, passion fruit, and guava. Wedding menus here lean into it, with house syrups and fresh local fruit built into signature cocktails that match the venue.

Homestead weddings run long, from the ceremony through a late reception. Additional hours are $75 each, and a second bartender at $100 per hour is recommended once the guest count passes 60.
