💡 Good to know: Minimum booking is 3 hours. One bartender comfortably serves 50-60 guests - add a second for 60+. Premium syrups scale with headcount ($75 / 50 guests). You provide all alcohol; everything else in your package is brought and set up by me. A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your date, with the balance due on or before event day.

What’s included in every package?
Every package includes a professional bartender for 3 hours, a portable LED bar with pro equipment, custom cocktail menu planning, a printed personalized menu, a garnish station, glowing ice cubes, Angostura bitters, elegant disposable cups, and full setup and cleanup. You provide the alcohol - I bring everything else.
What’s the difference between the three packages?
Signature Bar ($300) is the essentials. Craft Cocktail Experience ($375) adds cocktail smoke effects, signature cocktails, premium syrups, and an expanded bitters selection. Luxe Signature Bar ($525) adds a large professional bar, real glassware, the full premium bitters collection, and personalized branding.
Do I need to provide the alcohol?
Yes. You provide all the spirits and alcohol - everything else in your package is brought and set up by me. If you’re not sure what to buy, I’ll send a shopping list based on your menu and guest count.
How many guests can one bartender serve?
One bartender comfortably serves 50-60 guests. For larger events or faster service, add a second bartender at $100/hr - recommended for 60+ guests.
How do premium syrups scale?
Premium syrups scale with headcount - $75 for 50 guests, $150 for 100 guests, and so on. They’re included in the Craft Cocktail and Luxe packages, and available as an add-on to the Signature Bar.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due on or before the event day. Reserve by call, WhatsApp, or Zelle ([email protected]).
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Miami Bartender carries $1,000,000 general liability per occurrence ($2,000,000 aggregate) and $100K/$300K liquor liability. A Certificate of Insurance can be issued to your venue on request.
