Choose Your Package

Pick from three packages: Bartender Only ($300/3hrs), Full Bar Setup ($400/3hrs), or Premium Event ($600+). Each includes a professional bartender, custom cocktail menu, and all bar essentials.

Design Your Menu

Dmytro works with you to craft a custom cocktail menu that matches your event theme, color palette, and guest preferences. Choose from signature drinks, tropical cocktails, classic favorites, or completely original creations.

House-made syrups include lavender, violet, cucumber, hibiscus, and strawberry.

Confirm & Deposit

Secure your date with a deposit. We'll confirm all details — timing, venue access, setup requirements, and any special requests like fire show, dry ice, or mocktail bar.

Popular dates in peak season (Oct-May) fill up fast — book early.

We Arrive & Set Up

Dmytro arrives 60-90 minutes before your event with everything needed: mobile bar, glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, LED lighting, and all professional tools. Setup is clean, efficient, and impressive.

You and your guests don't lift a finger.

You Celebrate, We Pour

Full professional bar service throughout your event. Custom cocktails crafted on demand, fire show performances, dry ice presentations, and attentive service that keeps the party flowing.

Cleanup is included — we leave your space as we found it.

Common Questions

What do I need to provide?

Just the alcohol/spirits. We bring everything else: bartender, bar setup, glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, tools, and cleanup. If you're not sure what to buy, we'll send a shopping list based on your menu and guest count.

Can you handle events with 100+ guests?

Yes. Standard packages cover up to 70 guests with one bartender. For larger events, we offer the Premium package with extended service, additional time, and custom arrangements. Contact us for a custom quote.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a new date. Rescheduling policies depend on timing — reach out to discuss specifics.

Do you work with venue coordinators?

Absolutely. Dmytro coordinates with your wedding planner, venue manager, caterer, and any other vendors to ensure seamless timing and setup. We're experienced with hotel vendor requirements and COI documentation.

What's included in the fire show?

The fire show is a choreographed 10-15 minute performance featuring fire breathing, flaming bottle juggling, fire trails, and ignited cocktail presentations. It's included in the Premium package or can be added to other packages.
