💰 Pricing & Booking
The Signature Bar package is $300 for 3 hours (+$75 per additional hour). Craft Cocktail Experience (smoke effects, signature cocktails, premium syrups) is $375, and the Luxe Signature Bar (large pro bar, real glassware, full bitters, branding) is $525. One bartender comfortably serves 50-60 guests. Weddings and large events are custom-quoted - contact for a free estimate.
Every package includes a professional bartender for 3 hours, a portable LED bar with pro equipment, custom cocktail menu planning, a printed personalized menu, a garnish station, glowing ice cubes, Angostura bitters, elegant disposable cups, and full setup and cleanup. You provide the alcohol - everything else is brought and set up. Premium syrups, real glassware, and a larger pro bar are available on the Craft Cocktail and Luxe packages or as add-ons.
One bartender comfortably serves 50-60 guests. For larger events or faster service, add a second bartender at $100/hr - recommended for 60+ guests.
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due on or before event day. Contact us at (786) 246-5019 or DM @miami.bartender on Instagram to discuss booking terms and confirm your event date.
2-4 weeks ahead for private parties, 1-3 months for weddings. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available - call or DM on Instagram to check availability.
Yes. You provide all the spirits and alcohol - everything else in your package (bar, tools, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, setup, and cleanup) is brought and set up by me. If you're not sure what to buy, I'll send a shopping list based on your menu and guest count.

Dry ice smoke cocktails are a dramatic signature presentation where food-grade dry ice is added to the drink, creating a thick white smoke that cascades over the glass. It’s completely safe and insanely photogenic - every guest grabs their phone to record it. Yes, we offer dry ice smoke cocktails for any event package in Miami.

Absolutely. I specialize in personalized menus built around your theme, colors, and guest preferences using house-made syrups - lavender, violet, cucumber, hibiscus, strawberry, and more.
Yes! We offer a full Mocktail Bar Package with creative, alcohol-free drinks - perfect for kids birthday parties, family events, baby showers, and any all-ages celebration. Kids go crazy for the colorful layered mocktails. See our kids party page →
Absolutely! Kids birthday parties are one of our specialties. We set up a beautiful mocktail bar where children can enjoy fun, colorful drinks - layered mocktails, sparkling lemonades, and fruity sodas. Completely alcohol-free, safe, and unforgettable.
Absolutely! We do quinceañeras, sweet 16s, and all family celebrations. We can create both cocktail and mocktail menus so everyone - guests of all ages - has a beautiful drink.

All of Miami-Dade County: Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, South Beach, Coconut Grove, Aventura, Doral, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Travel to Broward and Palm Beach available for larger events.
Yes - a portable LED bar and pro equipment are included in every package, along with bar tools, ice, garnishes, and mixers. The Luxe Signature Bar adds a large professional bar and real glassware service (both also available as add-ons). You only need to supply the spirits.
